Garry A. Mebane, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Mebane, our President and Chief Executive Officer, has over 30 years of senior management and leadership experience in the information technology industry. Before establishing his own business, he served in the United States Army Information Systems Engineering Command and has held senior level positions with companies such as Lockheed Martin, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), General Dynamics, and GMSI. His areas of operational specialty include project management, network design and operations, strategic planning, configuration design, and implementation planning, policy governance, and quality assurance. He holds a Doctorate in Education from Liberty University and an MS in Business Management from Liberty University.

27+ years of solution-selling experience selling to both commercial, local state, Civilian/DOD Government Agencies. Experience with Federal procurements and proven history of meeting/exceeding yearly quota. Demonstrated sales experience in selling data-driven solutions. As a GS-1102 Contracting Officer Specialist and Senior Acquisition SME with current active working knowledge of DFAR/FAR regulations and commercial procurement processes. Exceptional presentation skills in delivering agency prescribed methodologies to "C" level executive audiences.

Lead revenue initiative and developing strategic sourcing: Dedicated to enhancing performance by analyzing existing processes and implementing effective systems, strategies, and policies. She has successfully provided business development and marketing methodologies in which she utilized in writing competitive proposals to win government contracts and grants with a year-to-date targeted contracting opportunities awards estimated at over $300M+.

Enterprise Architecture Experience

  • Created architectural and technology roadmaps that result in stronger business/IT alignment and that drive adoption and value of HHS (Health and Human Services) EA for Grants management segment.
  • Created mapping of projects to funding to technology to see where and how each individual project fits on the overall EA roadmap.
  • Provided portfolio governance and oversight to drive lifecycle optimization and alignment across HHS EA, including OPDIVS.

the most integral parts of the supply chain management that plans, implements, and controls the

immediate supply needs of essential PPE. As a call to action in March 2020, Ms. Alston developed a new
core competency and streamlined our supply chain processes to assist with the demand of the COVID-19
RESPONSE efforts as well as ensure the timely delivery of quality medical supplies and Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE) to our customers nationwide. We built strong alliances with industry’s
leading PPE manufactures based here in the United States, which allows us to streamline our supply
chain processes to minimize the threat of fraudulent or counterfeit sale of “Gray Market” manufactured
products and equipment. Ms. Alston is committed to the mission of assisting with essential medical
consumable supplies and services to support healthcare personnel on the front lines as well as
government, education, commercial emergency response organizations.

Ms. Alston’ experienced management is critical to the success of any new or evolving program. From
planning through analysis to implementation, and in partnership with PMO your management objectives
and reaching your corporate outcomes. We offer Certified Project Management Professionals (PMP),
strategic planning support as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Ms. Alston' program management
objective is to assist our customers in delivering desired performance within established cost and
schedule constraints. Our capabilities cover a wide range of functional areas, including acquisition
